Mobile Birthday Party Venue Contract

Please review and adhere to the following mobile spa party policies to ensure a magical and memorable experience for your child's special day. These policies allow us to provide you and your guests with a seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free celebration.

 

If you book a mobile birthday party with Posh Princess Palace, you agree to the terms of this contract. Please call (862) 899-7674 if you have questions regarding our mobile Posh Princess Palace LLC Birthday Party Venue Contract.

Booking Confirmation​

1. Please complete the Mobile Party Contact Form, and our event manager will contact you to confirm your party details and your requested date.

2. Your party is confirmed upon receipt of the $200 deposit, and the Party Host (the responsible adult) agrees to the terms of the mobile birthday party contract during the booking process.

 

Deposit and Payment Balance

1. A $200 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required when booking. The deposit will be forfeited if the party is canceled and not rescheduled.

2. The remaining balance is due the day before the party if paid using debit or credit (no checks, please).

3. Cash payments can be collected at your location on the day of the party. 

 

Package Guest Size

1. The full-size party package accommodates up to 8 guests, including the birthday child.

2. Up to 8 additional guests (16 guests maximum) for $45 per guest may be added.

3. Parties exceeding 16 guests require prior approval. A $100 fee will apply if the guest count exceeds 16 without prior authorization.

Gratuity and Fees

1. An 18% service gratuity and a 2.5% card processing fee will apply to all party packages.

2. A $25 rush fee will be applied to bookings made within 7 days of the party date.

 

Party Duration

1. Parties typically last for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2. Guests should arrive 5-10 minutes before the Posh Princess Palace party start time.

3. Parties begin promptly at the scheduled time; guests arriving late may need to wait to join activities.

 

Rescheduling

1. A 14-day notice is required to reschedule a party. Rescheduled parties are subject to availability, and a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.

2. Posh Princess Palace LLC reserves the right to reschedule parties due to inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Final Head Count and Guest Attendance

1. Your final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before your party date. You will be charged based on the confirmed count, regardless of actual attendance.

2. Any additional guests added after the final count will require prior approval.

 

Liability and Safety

1. Posh Princess Palace LLC and its employees assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage before, during, or after the party.

2. The Party Host is responsible for informing parents and the Posh Princess Palace staff of potential allergens (including, but not limited to, makeup and nail polish) and ensuring that guests with allergies avoid such products.

3. All services provided are for entertainment purposes only. Manicures and pedicures include light filing, buffing, massage, and polish; no mechanical tools will be used. Guests must arrive with natural nails, as we cannot remove existing polish.

Adult Attendance

1. The Party Host must remain present throughout the party (pre-and-post).

 

Photos and Videos

1. Parents are encouraged to take photos and videos of their children.

2. Any media captured by Posh Princess Palace LLC is the sole property of Posh Princess Palace LLC and may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and advertising. If you prefer that images of any guest not be captured, please notify us via email before the party.
