To Help Us Provide You With the Best Birthday Party,  Please Adhere to the Following Policies: 

 

Your party is officially booked once you have paid the deposit and signed the Agreement.

​

The package price includes up to 8 participants, including the birthday girl with an option to host uptown 14 participants for a truly magical celebration.

For parties with more than 14 participants, prior approval is required, as additional time may be needed to accommodate everyone. Please note that a $50 fee will apply to parties exceeding the maximum number without prior confirmation.

 

At Posh Princess Palace, we host one full-size party at a time; however, parties are not private, as we also accommodate individual spa appointments and small groups throughout the day. If you’re interested in booking a private party,  please contact us for more information.

Security Deposit & Gratuity:  A two-hundred-dollar ($200) non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and signing this Agreement.  Should any party be canceled and not rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited in its entirety.  The deposit payment will be credited toward your final bill.  An eighteen percent (18%) service gratuity is added to all party packages.  If you book a party within 7 days of the Event Date, a $25 rush charge will apply.

Duration & Details: Parties will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned and any child that arrives late may not be able to join the activity which is currently taking place. All party packages last between 1 hour 45 minutes - 2 hours long (unless otherwise stated in this Agreement). In an effort to avoid traffic both at the point of arrival and during the departure of the premises, we ask that you please accompany any of your guests that are waiting to be picked up, outside in front of the spa as we only have fifteen minutes available between parties.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds: Deposit is non-refundable. We require 14 days’ notice to reschedule your party. We do our best to work with you when the need to reschedule occurs; however, it is based on availability. There will be a $15 charge for a date change or rescheduling request. In cases of inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen occurrence, Posh Princess Palace LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your party.

RSVP Confirmations:  You must confirm your final guest count with Posh Princess Palace 7 days prior to the Event Date.  This is the number Posh Princess Palace will use to plan your party and you will be charged accordingly.  Once you provide a final head count, you can only add additional guests with the consent and approval of Posh Princess Palace.

​

Guest Attendance:  Some guests may not show up even if they RSVP.  Please remember that you will be charged for the final guest count you confirmed prior to the party regardless of whether or not all confirmed guests attend.

​

Additional Guests:  Our party packages cover the Guest of Honor and confirmed guests.  We prepare our parties based on the final headcount given to us prior to the party.  In the event that additional children show up and/or are invited to the party without our knowledge, the client will incur additional fees per child.

​

Liability:  Posh Princess Palace LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents that may occur on the premises.  We assume no responsibility for allergies relating to food items, clothing, make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage that occurs before, during, or after the party.  As professional party planners, we can assure you that we will provide a safe environment for you and your guests.  All liability will lie strictly with the Party Host.  You must inform the parents of each guest that we will use skin products and food that may contain dairy, oatmeal, nuts, and other allergy-producing items.  You are responsible for ensuring that each child has permission from their parent or guardian to use all our products.  If there is a child that must not come into contact with any of our dairy products, nut products, makeup, nail polish, clothing, etc., you the Party Host are responsible to advise us and are responsible in making sure that the child does not come into contact with those products. Please note that all services provided to the Guest of Honor and the participating guests are for entertainment purposes only. Manicures and pedicures consist of light filing, buffing, massage, and polish. We require guests to arrive with natural nails only, as we are unable to remove gel polish. We do not use harsh or mechanical tools on the children.

Photos & Video:  We always encourage parents to take as many photos and recorded videos as possible. Photos and videos taken by Posh Princess Palace LLC are under the sole ownership of Posh Princess Palace LLC and we may use them for promotional purposes on our website, social media accounts, print ads, or publications.

​

Adult Attendance:  It is expected that the Party Host will remain present and in attendance throughout the entire duration of the party. Aside from birthday girls family, one parent per participating guest are welcome to stay, sit back and relax in our Parent Lounge.

​

Food & Drinks: The Party Host may increase the number of cupcakes, pizza, juice boxes, and sparkling cider provided by us in their party package. Outside cake, popcorn, chips, hot food, and/or alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our venue.  Instead, the Party Host may provide charcuterie treats, cold sandwiches, and soft drinks for the adults in attendance.

​

Your party balance is due the day of the party and may be paid by debit, credit, or cash. NO checks, please.
